Usually bagedil is made of potatoes but my family makes both variations. The potato and the toufu ones. You can probably find the recipe easily for the potato one since it&#8217;s everywhere, this is the one made of toufu. Also, cause my friends asked me for the recipe, so here you go since it&#8217;s a holiday today and I managed to take pictures on how to make it.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>The ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 red chillies<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 egg<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A bunch of parsley (daun sup)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fried onions or shallots<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Handful of prawns<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">6 small firm toufu<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>As Asian cooking go, yes. It&#8217;s pretty much guess the amount of ingredients to put in. By the way, as you can see from the ingredients, there&#8217;s no salt because this toufu is already salty. OH and before you smoosh it up, make sure it is <strong>dry<\/strong>.
