Hello friends! I got an opportunity from Lazada<\/strong><\/a> to try out their store!<\/p>\n

Huzzah.<\/p>\n

I’ve seen Lazada around… on the internets. It’s there<\/em> when I scroll down on my Facebook page anyway in ads, so it’s pretty well known.<\/p>\n

If you’re a hikikomori<\/a>, a busy person who has no time to go shopping in an actual mall or are so bored but the urge<\/em> to shop at midnight when most shopping malls are closed and don’t want to leave your bed, this site is for you.<\/p>\n

Considering, I know most of my readers are either hikkis or people who are just all “Ain’t nobody got time for that”, I think this place will be ok for you guys.<\/p>\n

I checked it out and went “Huh” because it really has a lot of things? I was pretty impressed with that. Their search engine is pretty good too.<\/p>\n

Mind you, unlike beauty bloggers and whatnot, I’m into adventure and it’s really<\/em> not often when I can just search for the items and BAM, it does show up on the website especially when this is a Singapore online shopping place<\/a>.<\/p>\n

ANYWAY, HERE IS A LIST of my recommended items you can get at Lazada!<\/p>\n

By the way, since it’s near the holidays, you can do some online CNY shopping<\/a> too. Less… rushed than being in packed malls.<\/p>\n

1) Red Monster Power Bang!14.800mAh<\/p>\n

You totally need a power bank for your phone especially if you’re going to spend the day outdoors.<\/p>\n

Also, if you’re a gamer, you can always get a nintendo cable adapter to charge your 3ds. I’ve a fondness for Red Monster power banks, they’re really good and it’s got the word MONSTER in it so, RARRR POWERRR.<\/p>\n

2) 21\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Soprano Ukulele ( Black \/ Shine Finished )<\/p>\n

Guys, of course I would check out if they have a ukulele in their store, due to obvious reasons<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There are expensive higher grade ones but this is a cheap one.<\/p>\n

Since I know most of you might want to just get a really basic cheap one for yourselves\/ your kids\/ friends or might not really want to explore to the real life shops to get one. So hey, they have one!<\/p>\n

Good for relaxing, playing music or serenading to your pets too. Or when you’re alone and waiting for your friends at a bus stop, at a staycation etc, you get the idea.<\/p>\n

3) GoPro HERO (Local Warranty)<\/p>\n

Of course, you are out on adventure or having fun. Perhaps some water sports or trekking through a nature reserve?<\/p>\n

Or biking, skateboarding and well, the suggestions are endless.<\/p>\n

If you want to stick it on a selfie stick and take pictures of yourself shopping, I guess that works too…<\/p>\n

ANYWAY, this is a new Gopro Hero! It’s the most basic yet, if you’re a regular person who’s not a professional sportsperson or explorer, this is for you!<\/p>\n

It’s got the protection of a gopro, a great format for uploading pictures and videos online AND it is cheaper than the other gopro versions.<\/p>\n

4) (EXPORT) Canon IXUS 95 IS Pink + camera bag<\/p>\n

I’m a Canon girl. I’ve always used their Ixus for when I need to take pictures on adventure.<\/p>\n

This is a great size to hide within your palm or just to take around for blogging.<\/p>\n

Yes, if you wanna blog and not carry a DSLR, I prefer taking this around since it actually pretty tough too.<\/p>\n

5) CamelBak Octane XCT Hydration Pack Black Skydiver<\/p>\n

Is your resolution to go for runs or marathons this year? You might want to invest in a hydration pack.<\/p>\n

Look at its sleek design. I got one from Camelbak and it is very useful for those obstacle course marathons where you have to jump into mud, crawl under nets and climb over walls.<\/p>\n

Really, get a freaking hydration pack because if you really want to go on marathons or sports events, it is really useful especially with the weather we have in Singapore.<\/p>\n

Better hydrated than not.<\/p>\n

6) Buff\u00c2\u00ae National Geographic Series : Bless<\/p>\n

Buffs! You have no idea how useful they are. A lot of my friends have buffs now because they’re stuck to adventuring with me and really.<\/p>\n

Sometimes all you need is just a buff.<\/p>\n

7) Columbia Maxtrail Convertible Pants Blade<\/p>\n

The best pants for wandering around. They’re tough and light. Plus, you can zip off the lower part to convert them into shorts!<\/p>\n

Need to do a lot of running or clambering through shrubbery? This pair of pants is Lara Croft worthy.<\/p>\n

Upside, they’re really really good in our hot weather in Singapore.<\/p>\n

8) Targus 15.6\u00e2\u20ac\u009d City Fusion Laptop Backpack<\/p>\n

I ain’t going anywhere without a laptop or a netbook. Whether for work or for play, Targus is my main laptop bag to go.<\/p>\n

It’s got space for your tech gear, a water bottle, random stuff.<\/p>\n

Stuff in your gear for blogging on the go!<\/p>\n

9) Maxpedition Jumbo\u00e2\u201e\u00a2 Versipack\u00c2\u00ae (Maroon-Khaki)<\/p>\n

Heck them backpacks!<\/p>\n

You know you’re going on a full day adventure somewhere and don’t want to carry unnecessary stuff. This is best for carrying a waterbottle\/umbrella. Your main camera, a power bank, writing materials and even a little more like, your 3ds\/PSP\/handheld game.<\/p>\n

Why do I recommend this one? Because you can easily RUN with this. Sling it around, push it to the back and jump over puddles, clamber over trees and you’ll be sure that this bag won’t rip.<\/p>\n

Ok, you can also use this on a leisurely day too but it’s Maxpedition, it’s going to be tough and long lasting.<\/p>\n

10)\u00c2\u00a0 Cardsharp Pocket Knife<\/p>\n

I must warn you guys not to be an idiot when purchasing this. Considering my readers are super responsible people, I would go yay on that.<\/p>\n

I have a cardsharp and it folds into a card shaped thing.<\/p>\n

You’ll never know if you need a knife to either cut art materials for cosplay or ingredients at a camp.<\/p>\n

I use mine to cut slices of cheese…<\/p>\n

It’s a foldable knife! Just don’t bring it on airplanes, it’ll be confiscated.<\/p>\n

There you go, that’s my suggested list. It’s optimized for ADVENTURE AND FUNNNN.<\/p>\n

Anyway, here’s a little tutorial on how to shop at Lazada!<\/p>\n

A\u00c2\u00a0 tl;dr version is that, shopping at Lazada is<\/em> easy and wow, ok. Their shipping is freaking fast.<\/p>\n

If you have a coupon, you might want to sign up anyway. Then proceed to just follow the instructions!<\/p>\n

Did you know if you have NTUC membership, you can gain points too? They’ve a little form space for you to type it in.<\/p>\n

I was really surprised because I got some of my purchases during the weekend because estimated date was around 2-6 days for some and I thought they wouldn’t deliver on the weekend.<\/p>\n

It was delivered by Ta-Q-Bin!<\/p>\n

It was partially delivered because, if you noticed when you purchase your items, Lazada is really like a virtual mall. The items are all from different shops BUT you can just pay it at one shot to Lazada itself instead of individually since that can be a hassle.<\/p>\n

Also, this is cool. I signed up and put in my phone number and got notifications to tell me that things are confirmed or are delivered.<\/p>\n
