OK I AM GONNA GIVE YOU THE TL;DR version because the PRIZES for this year includes directing for a feature film<\/strong> (?!?!!!?!!?), cash prizes as usual, learning trip to an international film fest and getting a Panasonic 4K camcorder.<\/p>\n

Limit: 3 minutes for your short film<\/p>\n

Participants can submit their competition entries via the ciNE65 website in this form<\/strong><\/a> from 9 November 2018 till\u00c2\u00a018 March 2019<\/strong>, 1200hrs<\/span>.<\/p>\n
