The osnaplab camera

I got the Osnaplab camera which is Singapore’s first screenless and filmless camera, according to their bio at https://www.instagram.com/osnaplab/ . It looked interesting cause the design is not like Camp Snap or a Papershoot camera.

And it was so much cheaper than them and in Singapore dollars.

This is what you get out of the box, mailed to you. I chose the pink one. Of course, they might have their own deals or packages depending on the holiday season (?) so just look out for it, mine is the basic super default items.

Recession Indicators

I don’t know about you but the economy is going wild here. From news of tariffs by the USA, our impending elections here in Singapore and other major things happening around the world (I’m SGian, we can’t exactly type certain things out), sometimes the world feels like a mess.

For some reason 90s fashion is coming back. “Vintage” digital cameras are on the rise, so we’re back to standard definition resolution now. Not everything has to be in High Definition cause we’re catching the vibes instead.

Thrifting clothes are in. You’ll notice it by the way there’s more shops at Haji Lane and Golden Landmark Shopping Centre or other pop-ups with it.

Soon, we’ll probably have something called ‘budgetcore‘ but it’s basically just trying to use what we have and being grateful instead of buying newer disposable things.

Which is why I got a Hobonichi notebook.
