Sustainable Exercise

It was a cool night

Firstly, this isn’t an advertorial post because I gotta pay for it but if you wanna try Gympod like I did. Might as well get 10% OFF your first paid booking.

Download The Gym Pod App and use my code SARAHGYM when signing up OR just download via my link: https://app.thegympod.com/refer/SARAHGYM

Ok, that’s done with. It’s that little button under ‘profile’ that you too can refer a friend for it.

This is a review of it. I had been looking pretty much at many gyms but I wanted something ‘private’ or something worth it, you know?

I went with gympod cause apparently if you book the session, the whole pod is yours! It’s true. Except for the bigger ones like “The Dungeon” which is made for sharing with others.

The fire extinguisher was definitely big

I opened the door using the app for my slot and it’s a pretty neat place. I’ve seen others use gympods in their pictures before and they’re all pretty different in the ‘same’ way.

It just happens that the one I went to is surrounded by nature and that the weather had been very rainy. I recommend gloves because the handles for the free weights and the smith machine are a bit rusty. I think that’s mostly cause of this particular pod is in the middle of a park. Otherwise, everything’s pretty good!

I went here because I wanted to use the running machine. If you say running outdoors is cheaper cause it’s free, that’s true. But I won’t run. I like to read stats and I prefer to watch anime or something while running so a running machine really helps.

In the end, it’s better to do something that’s sustainable instead of a ‘trend’ isn’t it?

Especially when I hate cardio. However, I know I still have to do it so this makes the best sense.

Anyway, if you guys want to pick up exercises or something, just figure out what’s the most sustainable way to keep up with it. What works for one person might not for another.

Finally, if you’re a hikkimori or if you don’t want anyone to disturb you or have a quiet on your own exercise time, yeah. Go ahead and book a gym pod.

The only downside I see is that some locations might be popular and your ‘timeslot’ might not be available. Fast book, fast exercise!
