This wasn’t on a Saturday but instead a week night! I had been meaning to post this for quite a while, heh. You might remember me doing stop motion the other day and this time I got to see the student groups doing their animation! And… they had 3 weeks to do their production! Good grief.
Singapore Toy Games Comics Convention 2010 aka STGCC! Alright, I managed to go to all three days since I was helping out at the con too so it was from 10 Dec to 12 Dec. Most of the pictures of the stalls etc were taken on Friday BEFORE people were let in so HO HO HO, I could take pics before I got the crowd in the hall.
We had the kick off party in episode 17. This time is the Thank Goodness It’s Over party at the Earshot Cafe over at The Arts House.
As we signed the indemnity forms, I realize that if we were to accidentally activate zombies, mummies or strange portals, it wouldn’t be the archaeologist’s fault and we’d have to FIGHT TO SURVIVE!
Or something like that.
However, there were no zombies, mummies or strange portals… In this episode of ARCHAEOLOGICAL ADVENTURE! Wooo. It’s still fun nonetheless.
The morning started out sunny as can be. We wanted to enjoy ourselves at Forest Adventure. This would have been my fourth time there. I really like Forest Adventure since you get up on the rope courses that are on the tree tops and get around the corner of the reservoir via ziplines.
On a weekday evening, the crew and I headed to 15 Minutes cafe. We were going to do something that we haven’t done before (as usual for Sarah Does Singapore anyway) and this time it was doing a performance at a cafe! Heh, another take of this episode is by the Magical Harkow.
Yes.
And so the 30th October was the kick off party for Nanowrimo in Singapore! It was at the multipurpose room of the national library. Most people ask why do Nanowrimo since you have to write at least 50k in 30 days well… That is pretty much the point! For others it’s a daunting task, to writers it is fun!
And we face the wall once more! The first time we came here was in season 1’s episode two in which we climbed the Via Ferrata! This time Border X at Orchard Central has abseiling available! If you topped up $10 more, you could have climbed the wall and abseiled down. However, we were there to just abseil since it wasn’t available when the place was just starting out.
Apparently, before I told that this was an actual rock wall and of my adventures there, other people thought it was some artistic sculpture that was like the ones hanging around the wall.
Right.
Well now you guys know it is a rock wall that you can climb on!
